Does Peers Making Peace really work?
Yes. paxUnited's Peers Making Peace is a research-based, evaluated conflict mediation program developed specifically for schools. It has undergone extensive evaluation and has been shown to be a highly effective part of a safe, caring learning environment.

How old do you have to be to be a mediator?
Old enough to talk. We have found that even pre-schoolers can conduct mediation sessions with their peers!

Does paxUnited only provide services for Texas?
No. paxUnited is available to anyone in the world.

What makes paxUnited different from other organizations who train in peer mediation?
There are many organizations who do excellent work in developing peer mediation programs. paxUnited sets high standards for its trainers. All are certified teachers with classroom experience. Most have Master's degrees. One has a doctorate. paxUnited materials are superb.
